What is the return policy?
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided a return label.
How long will my order take ?
Shipping typically takes 5-7 depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
