What is the return policy?

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided a return label.

How long will my order take ?

Shipping typically takes 5-7 depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
